This is a great contribution. Nonetheless, these 10 are the quintessential tip of the iceberg.

In my opinion, the entire ICE force is 100% comprised of lawless thugs. They are the modern version of the Nazi SS.

Don't forget Border Patrol Agent Charles Exum who shot U.S. citizen Marimar Martinez in Chicago on 4 Oct 2025. He acted like shooting her was a joke. Apparently, he got away with attempted murder.

There are many immigrants, or children of immigrants, working for evil. Turks are capable of stupidity too. Just look at the 30% in Turkiye who vote for their Dictator.

In 2026, litigation and formal complaints against ICE agent Victor Mojica are already in progress following a high-profile incident in late 2025.

If you have been personally harmed or witnessed misconduct by this specific agent, you may pursue the following legal and administrative actions:

1. File a Civil Rights Lawsuit

While direct lawsuits against ICE as an agency are often barred by sovereign immunity, you can pursue individual liability:

Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA): This is the primary vehicle for seeking damages for personal injury or property damage caused by federal employees.

Bivens Action: You may sue individual federal officers for constitutional violations, such as excessive force in violation of the Fourth Amendment. Note that courts in 2026 have become increasingly reluctant to extend these remedies in immigration contexts unless they fit specific recognized categories.

Civil Rights Legal Support:Organizations like the https://www.aclu.org/know-your-rights/immigrants-rights and Immigrant Defenders Law Centerprovide resources for those seeking to hold ICE accountable.

2. Submit Formal Misconduct Reports

Internal and external oversight bodies investigate allegations of excessive force or abuse of authority:

DHS Office of Inspector General (OIG): Report misconduct or civil rights violations directly to the https://www.oig.dhs.gov/hotline or call 1-800-323-8603.

ICE Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR): Contact the intake line at 833-4ICE-OPR (833-442-3677) or email ICEOPRIntake@ice.dhs.gov to initiate an internal investigation.

State-Specific Portals: If the incident occurred in California, use the https://oag.ca.gov/reportmisconduct to report federal agent misconduct.

3. Contact Congressional Oversight

Representative Dan Goldman has previously investigated Victor Mojica’s conduct. If you have new evidence or have been targeted, contacting your local Congressional representative can prompt further legislative inquiry into agency accountability.

4. Preserve Evidence

To support a potential lawsuit or complaint, ensure you have:

Video and Photos: Authenticated footage of the incident is critical evidence.

Medical Records: If physical force was used, seek immediate medical attention and document all injuries.

Witness Statements: Collect contact information from anyone who observed the encounter.

For personalized legal advice, you can use the State Bar Referral Service at 1-866-442-2529 or contact the Legal Aid Foundation.

The person who should be top of the list and should be tried and imprisoned when the tide turns is Kristi Noem. The director of Ice reports directly to the Secretary of Homeland Security. She is allowing these illegal actions and cheers them on and refuses to keep them in check. Her ridiculous excuse is to feign ignorance when shown the evidence repeatedly and never takes actions to address these immoral, lawless violations.
