01. Senior federal agents tied to controversial ICE and Border Patrol operations were observed training at Battle Springs Ranch in 2025.
02. No public federal contracts connect Battle Springs Ranch to ICE, CBP, or DHS, despite the presence of federal personnel.
03. Battle Springs Ranch sits inside an opaque network of LLCs, nonprofits, tactical suppliers, and defense-linked organizations.
04. That network includes links to drone and private security ventures tied to the Trump family and Erik Prince, alongside nearly $1.3 million in undisclosed nonprofit funding.
05. Federal contracting mechanisms may allow training and procurement to occur without meaningful public disclosure.
06. The ranch’s 2025 activity coincided with Greg Bovino’s aggressive expansion of interior immigration enforcement.
07. No direct proof confirms Battle Springs Ranch as an official ICE training camp, but substantial evidence suggests it may function as covert enforcement infrastructure increasingly aligned with far-right remigration politics.
The Land
There is a piece of land in Love County, Oklahoma that most Americans have never heard of.
It sits in the southernmost corner of the state, just miles from the border of Texas, 2,000 acres of timber and pasture and creek bottom that the Comanche once called the Battle Springs Prairie. It is quiet there. Deliberately so.
That land changed hands on December 14, 2016.
Thirty-six days after Donald Trump won the presidency, a Texas entrepreneur named Toby Thomas signed his name to a warranty deed transferring $6,770,500 worth of Love County property into a limited liability company he had incorporated only thirteen days earlier. The company: BSR Holdings, LLC. Its registered address was a house in Lewisville, Texas. The registered agent was a generic commercial firm in Oklahoma City. The sole manager was Toby Thomas himself.
